I enjoy Isabella, Ava, Freya, Florence, Amelia, and Mia from the girls. As for the boy names, I enjoy Arthur, Leo, Oscar, Freddie, Muhammad, George, Oliver, and Theo.
It's interesting to me how there seem to be bigger differences in male than female names between the Uk and the USA at this time. Even Florence is just starting to revive in the USA right now, but I may not live to see George and Freddie start to come back in the USA.
Freya, Oscar, and Florence are cool top 10 . Isla is pretty. I like it a little more than the US list. Also, how is Charlotte in the US top 10 but not British? Seems like it would be the reverse as it seems to be a very fancy British name.

Check the popularity charts for Charlotte. Charlotte was in the top ten in England and Wales between 1996 and 2005. It didn't start to rise in the USA until 2000. There are many examples of names which rise on one side of the Atlantic a decade or two before they are noticed on the other side. Charlotte is an example of a name whose British popularity was exported to the USA, so that by the time it became really common in America it was going down in fashion in Britain. Jacob's an example of the opposite movement, reaching the USA top ten in 1993 but not making it to that level in England & Wales until 2011.

I laughed. I've been waiting for this list for so long, but it's pretty much useless right now as it's from 2022.I would also need to see the percentages. As popular names are so much less popular nowadays, sometimes they go up even though they've been used less, simply because other names were used even less often. For example, in the US, Violet went up 4 spots, but there were actually 121 less girls named Violet than the year before. So while I still enjoy looking at them, I feel like they have lost a bit of their relevance except for new entries and extremely fast rising and falling names. Thanks for sharing! I love Lily and am curious whether it was used more or the others around it were used less. I like Isabella, Oliver, Isla, Ivy. The others are okay.Theo/Theodore is becoming the next Ben or Alex or something. Possibly even more popular.Don't mind Freddie as a nickname, but dislike on its own.
Isla is a mild surprise, and Mia is disappointing. Good to see Florence. I'd prefer Isabel to Isabella. Noah and Muhammad make interesting neighbours. Pity they didn't count Theo and Theodore as one name. Freddie ... I wonder where Frederick is on the chart.
I love Arthur, Ivy, and Florence. Theodore, Isabella, and Oscar are also pretty good. I really like Freddie as well, but I prefer it as a nickname.
I find it fascinating Florence is in their top ten and that both Theo and Theodore made it in.I think overall, the UK has a better taste in girl names. I don’t love their boy names, though.
I love Theo & LilyI like Noah & Oliver
