Miranda is okay. Bliss sounds weird, not because it's a word, but because of the mixture of sounds. I can't think of many names that would sound better with Bliss at the top of my head. Caitlin Bliss? Sophia Bliss? If there's a consonant in a weird place, then it will sound lispy - like Nancy Bliss or Anastasia Bliss. Must tread carefully with this one.
