Adhara is originally the name of a star (the celestial object), but probably is now being used as a baby name because it is the name of characters in several popular video games, including Final Fantasy XiV: https://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodestone/character/44372309
Scottie is at least partly from the character played by actress Abigail Spencer on the TV lawyer drama "Suits." The character's official name is Dana Scott, but she is usually called by the nickname Scottie.

Thanks for this context! I was aware of Adhara's stellar origins but unaware of any contemporary references.
