Francisca Louise is pretty. I personally prefer Francesca though. Frankie is a cute nickname.
Lily Willow is fine, but I don't like how both names' first syllables have the 'ill' sound, which is also the one enunciated.
Frida Annabel is pretty. I would prefer Anabel or Annabelle because they look more balanced to me.
I don't like Hetty Marie. Hetty sounds unpleasant to me, and if anything should be a nickname. Hettie would be a better spelling, Hattie would be a better nickname, Henriette or Henrietta would be better names in general. I don't think Marie goes with it terribly well either.

I love the combination Frida Annabel and the name Louise on a girl.
I like Lily Willow & Hetty Marie
Francisca Louise is good, and I'm used to the i spelling.
Lily Willow sounds like a weird botanical hybrid.
Frida Annabel - nice apart; together, I'd prefer the sound of Annabel Frida.
Hetty Marie - Harriet would have been so much nicer! Harriet Marie or Harriet Mary = excellent.
Frida is super pretty. Hetty is cute but very diminutive. I think I prefer Francisca to Francesca.
I like Louise
Lily is nice, but with willow is too heavy with L's
Annabel is nice
Marie is ok
Francisca is lovely, and I adore Hetty as a nickname.
Francisca Louise is fine, but the MN is predictable. I don't like the NN Frankie, especially not on girls. It also clashes with the femininity of Louise, but that's just a pet peeve. NNs are supposed to be more comfortable and casual. I like Francesca more than Fransisca, but Fransisca sounds better with Louise. I actually really like Louise but am growing tired of it as a MN.I love Lily and Willow but that's too many L's.Annabel Frida would have been the better order, but I'm not crazy about the combo or its names either way.I dislike Hetty. Marie is a typical MN that usually can support the first name. In this case, Marie does not enhance Hetty. Marie Heather "Hetty" would have been much better (and I don't even like Heather). Any name that allows Hetty as a NN would have been better.
Francisca Louise is kind of pretty. She's going to have to get used to being called Francesca. I really dislike the nn Frankie, it feels cheap and self-consciously "spunky" and "not girly." Even though I recently finished a wonderful book whose main character was Frankie, short for Frances Grace.Lily Willow is quite a mouthful. They should have said that out loud a few times.Frida and Hetty seem almost deliberately ugly.
All of these names are very vintage.
