It certainly is eccentric and strange! I admire that about it. I think I prefer the Medieval English version, Wybert, a bit more. Wigbert would be a great name for a pet (like a hedgehog, for SURE) or a serious-looking teddy bear.

I think Wybert is neat but has a very different vibe to Wigbert. Wybert feels more serious, while Wigbert is more fun.
