Some of these don't seem to fit the category to me. I think of Leocadia as being an extremely Roman Catholic name, and Mercy was one of the most common "quality" names among the Puritans in colonial New England.

Sorry, I probably wasn’t clear enough in the title. The book was specifically targeted at pagans, so it has a lot of mythological, nature themed and very old names in it. However, it also had a great deal of other names in it, from Leocadia and Mercy to Asher and Noah and Muhammad. All in all it had a very wide range!
