Cute nickname, but it could easily get old as a legal name. It's too cutesy not to have options.

So very, very no. I see diplomacy in play, but honestly cannot cocieve of a single name where it could work well as a nn, and certainly not as a stand alone.

I don't like it as a standalone name for a girl.

Any "Ros/Roz" name would work too. (Note: Oz is often substituted for Os names).
