Wikipedia mentions an English actress named Hetta Bartlett (short for Henrietta). She (the actress) married a man with the first name Metcalfe. Hetta Empson (Hester Henrietta) was a South African sculptor. Hetta is also a village in Finland.

It’s cute. I like it.
It's a whole lot better than Henrietta! But I prefer Harriet. I also prefer Hettie as a nn rather than Hetta.
It's cute as a nickname for Henrietta.
Don't really like it
I like Hetta. It's unusual but not too out there. If it's chosen for a full first name, Hettie would be an adorable nickname.
