I don't care for both. I guess I would go with Colleen but it feels so dated to me.

As long as some people continue to pronounce Helene as huhLEEN, I'll choose Colleen. If Helen had been an option, I'd have taken it gladly.

Edit: As long as it's huh-LEHN (german heh-leh-nuh is also better than Colleen). huh-leen sounds unnatural, and it just occured to me that that must be how some people say it. To make it more clear that it's -lehn, not -leen, I would go with Hélène, maybe. Or in English, Helena instead of Helene if using the German pronunciation.
