I have no problems with those names.
My all-time favorite boys name is
Elliott (has been for around 30 years), I adore
Ella since it was the full given name of my late aunt,
Eloise has been a strong favorite for years,
Eleanor too.
A lot of '
El-' nicknames are among my favorites, for those above, like
Ellie for
Eleanor or
Ellinor.
Elsie,
Elise,
Elisa,
Eliza for
Elisabeth and/or
Elizabeth.
I know that the '
El-' may give the name a hard sound, or look 'edged', but that's why I like names with those looks and sounds.
A thought:
The parents of actor siblings John and Joan Cusack?
I guess they didn't know they named their kids the very same name.
Then again, how did they not even know, or was told, this fact?
