Fun list! Glad to see Idris is gaining some recognition, I love it! Everest and Ocean are GPs of mine. Maybe it's the time to remove Ocean from the "rare" category, lol. Scout and Scottie are cute and quirky, though I'm not sure if they will age well. Elowyn feels very European for an American baby, but is still a nice alternative to other overused El- names.
Honestly, there are a lot of names that need to be removed from the rare category.
Guenivere, Idris, Marigold, Opal, Georgina, Cillian, Rosalina, and Elowyn, probably because I liked the character, are decent. Would not choose most of the rest, but Particularly despise Scottie which is also a brand of tissue, Fallon, Jream, Seven/Sevyn, and the inexplicable Scout.
I like Idris and Georgina. Perhaps I'm just hard to please.
Eliam is interesting - I like it. I'm glad it's a genuine Biblical name, but I'm sure people would think it as a blend of Elijah and Liam.
I love Guinevere! It's so beautiful and whimsical. Same with Emiliana, Marigold and Sapphire.
I think Idris should be more popular, alongside Cassian. Both are very handsome and versatile names.
I'm glad to see that Georgina and Winnie are making a comeback.
I despise Rowyn, Sevyn and Jream. They don't even feel like names. :/

I like Guinevere
I thought Cleo and Zoya had been on there for a while. Maybe that shows I'm influenced by British people on here.
I'm also surprised Teo and Emiliana are new what with how popular similar names are.
I think multiple spellings of Kayce are already in the top 1000. It seems crazy popular.
Scottie is disproportionately popular in Utah, if I remember right...or it used to be (along with Stevie, Navy, Aspyn).
Most of them seem ok/interesting. Ila, Kayce, and Scout are my least favorites, and Cillian, Marigold, Ocean, Zoya, Georgina, Sapphire, Rosalina, Cassian are probably my favorites. But I've only met a Guinevere, a Marigold, and a Matteo "Teo", so potentially my opinion could change if I met some.

Ila is supposed to be a phonetic variation of Isla, but it just looks wrong. Iyla is better.
Ila is a Sanskrit name that charted in the 200s in the 1920s.
I'm pretty sure its modern use is a variant of Isla.
Oh, I was thinking ee-la. It looks like a nickname to me.

I think I'd prefer that pronunciation, but I don't love it either way.
I'm glad Cleo and Fallon are coming back! I also really like Cassian, Cillian, Emiliana, Marigold, Sapphire, and Rosalina.

Sorry, I don't get Fallon. I know it's a surname, but it's also "fall on," right there, plain as day.
I've never read it that way because of its pronunciation, but that's totally fair. What do you think of the variant Fallyn? I've gone back and forth on which I prefer.
