While Catherine is my favorite of the first names, Dale is strictly male to me and I'm not sure about the alliteration with the first and last name.
I agree with many that Vivienne and Suzanne are both nice names, but together has too many n sounds.
Eve and a one syllable last name seem too sharp and staccato.
My vote is Vivienne Suzette.
