I don't think it's too bad, though Neveah would make the most sense with the pronunciation. There are definitely worse names with worse associations out there, and at least Nevaeh has a nice sound. The name is so popular that I don't think it's too big of a deal; the only harsh criticism I've seen it receive was on this website. In my experience, having encountered my fair share of Nevaehs, it's not all THAT widely despised; when meeting a Nevaeh on a day to day basis, no one will read that far into it, except maybe some name snobs from the internet.
