Lianna looks the best. Y's replacing E's make names look weird IMHO.
Lianna
I'd pick Leanna, because I think that it's so beautiful and elegant.
Leanna if necessary, though I prefer Leanne.
I think there'd be a 0% chance of Lyanna being pronounced the same as Leanna where I live (and it's not intuitive for me either), so I don't see the point of that, if I want the Lee sound. But I enjoy the Lie sound more anyway, so I would pick Lyanna, if they are pronounced differently.
Lianna is ok. The pronunciation's slightly ambiguous looking because I want it to be Liana or Lyanna instead, but it doesn't seem counterintuitive. Liana seems a bit more fashionable to me than Leanna & Lianna, but oh well.
Leanna (or Leanne) is a little cliche "country" to me like Leroy (or Lee, in general). It's not a negative necessarily. It's probably my preferred spelling for lee-ANN-uh because it looks like what I expect.

1 Lianna
2 Leanna
3 Lyanna
However, my favorite spelling and pronunciation of this name is Liana ("lee-AH-nah").

Leanna seems like the most traditional spelling. I like it the best. I like how light the single E seems.
The name seems a bit boring and dated, but I think respelling it doesn't help with that. It's a nice name regardless.
Lianna seems clashy to me, because Lia spelled Lia is so latiny, and Anna is so English. Sort of the same way I feel about Julianna. Liana (one n and pronounced Lee-Ah-na) seems more appealing than Lianna.
Lyanna looks modernized or like it's from a book (I think it is?), and I'm not sure whether to pronounce it Lie-Anna or ... Luh-Yanna? Lee-Anna does not seem to fit that spelling. I can't think of any name or word that has initial "Ly" pronounced normally as Lee in English. Lysander, Lyra, Lyle, all are "lie," and some words too.

It is from a book. It was created by George R. R. Martin for A Song of Ice and Fire.
Leanna is ok, don't like the others
