Isaac is the most classic in my cultural context. Basil sounds old-fashioned in a way that's similar to Cecil and Ambrose. Philip would be much more expected than Philippe where I live, but Philippe is recognizable, and I like both forms. Olivier is ok, but I don't like the vyeh ending that much.
