Rosalie Celine has too many S sounds.
April Josephine is very pretty!
Mia Lynette is okay.
Crystal Yuna is very pretty.
Betsy Verina would have flowed better as Verina Elizabeth or Betty Verina.

The top two are the only combos I like, and I give the edge to April Josephine.

I like Mia Lynette and April Josephine.

If I had to choose, I'd break the rules and go for Betsy Josephine. They sound better together, to my ears. Rosalie Celine repeats the -li- sound. Mia and Lynette come from different traditions. Crystal doesn't interest me, and Yuna looks awful. Even trite Una is better. I like Betsy as a nn for Elizabeth, but I'm OK with it as a full name on someone else or their kid. Verina is too close to verruca.

April Josephine definitely. It flows well, and they have a similar vibe. Rosalie Celine is too much of the same 'ee' sound, Mia Lynette is okay, but Mia is kinda boring and Lynette is bland as lint. Crystal Yuna sounds kinda cool, but I've always found Crystal and all variants trashy. I don't like Betsy or Verina, and I don't like them together.

April Josephine is so lovely! Betsy Verina isn’t entirely my thing, but it does sound nice. Crystal Yuna is also lovely, but the pairing is a little startling at first. Mia Lynette is alright; I just don’t like Lynette. Rosalie Celine feels like too much of the same sound.
