I don't know about a woman named Chloe, but I picture a little girl with brown hair, hazel eyes and freckles, who wears her hair in pig-tails or braids all the time. I had a cabbage patch kid named Chloe and she was a red hed, we were going to name Hayley Chloe but I don't think it would have been appropriate no name my daughter after a doll. :)
