I don't see it as a fad because I don't recall it being popular. I'm unsure if it ever will be. I like it because it's different from Rose, but it sounds a tad snooty because of the Prim part. Honey on the other hand sounds soft, warm and loving... but also childish and frail similar to Fawn, Babby or Baby.I would make "out there" names like Honey and Primrose the MNs.
