[Opinions] Help us choose a name
Having a lot of trouble choosing a potential girls name. Here are some of my favorites (last name is Shannon). Hubby is from Ireland and would prefer Irish origins or at least usage. Feel free to throw in suggestions I haven't mentioned!
Shea (is Shea Shannon too much?)
Rhea (ray-uh. Love the sound but not the look - R comes on strong to me)
Freya
Nora
Zoey
Fiadh (fee-uh. My other kids dislike it and think she will be called fee fee)
Emmy (hubby hates it)
Naiose (nee-sha)
Open to feedback and suggestions!

I feel like Shirley and Bridget are huge oversights. Patricia or other catholic-style names too.
Shea I love, but with the surname Shannon, it’s just a bit of a mouthful! Rhea is quite nice, Freya I love, Nora is alright, though a little boring to me. Zoe (this spelling only) I love, Fiadh I would have no idea how to pronounce if seeing it written, Emmy I love, but if your husband hates it then get rid of it and Naiose is not for me.
I think Zoe Freya and Freya Zoe are nice combos.
Other suggestions are Flora, Clover, Phoebe, Mabel, Maeve, Erin, Esme, Edie, Ruby, Eve, Ivy, Amber, Chloe, Lucy, Lila, Jemima, Violet, Bethany, Daisy, Gemma and Hazel.

Congratulations!
-Shea is cute, Shea Shannon might be a bit of a tongue twister but it could work.
-I think Rhea is sweet, my instinct pronunciation in that spelling would be REE-a, so maybe Raya or even Raia, Reya or Reia could be considerations.
-I love Freya! It’s one of my favourite girls names so I can’t fault it.
-Nora is cute
-Zoey is also cute
-Fiadh is sweet, but if you’re outside of Ireland there’s a good chance that you’d have to correct the pronunciation a lot. Maybe Fia or Fea?
-If your husband hates Emmy then I wouldn’t go for it. It could still work as a nickname for something else!
-Naiose is sweet, however like Fiadh it would get mispronounced a lot
More suggestions: Eira, Lucy, Sophie, Summer, Kiera, Elva, Enya, Erin, Fiona, Maeve, Orla, Sheila, Mina, Kate, Emma, Alma, Chloe, Elin, Elsa, Isla, Poppy, Phoebe, Taya, Faye
Good luck!

If DH truly "hates" Emmy, it's time to take it off the table. It's his child too and you wouldn't want him pushing a name you hated. Make sure it is something you both like.
I love Naiose! Naiose Shannon is so fun to say.
What are the names of your other kids?
What are the names of your other kids?
Well, scratch anything you or your husband hates; just take them off the table.
I would disqualify anything that is hard to pronounce or spell outside of Ireland. Forget being called Fifi, she'd be called Fee-ad or Fy-ad more often.
Shea/Shay Shannon does sound messy.
Tara Shannon?
Casey Shannon?
Erin Shannon?
Emerald Shannon?
Colleen Shannon?
Rosemary Shannon?
Caitlin/Kaitlyn/etc Shannon?
Kathleen Shannon?
Laura Shannon?
Claire Shannon?
Marie Shannon?

Freya with your surname sounds like a princess in a fairytale.
Suggestions: Aoife, Ciara, Alana, Caoimhe,
Clodagh, Croia, Fiona, Grainne/Grania, Liadan, Medh/Maeve, Maura, Moira, Niamh, Roisin, Orla/Orlaith, Tallulah, Una/Oona/Oonagh.
I haven't included Irish accents in many of the names above.

My favorite Irish name is Eithne, which can be Anglicized as Enya or Ena. I also like Íde (Ita), Gráinne (Grania/Granya), and Fionnuala. What about Nuala?
My favorite from your list is Rhea, which isn't Irish...
ETA: The final name on your list is spelled Naoise.
