I know there was a kid at my middle school who was bullied for having the name Fred (it was associated with the infamously annoying YouTuber of the same name) but I don't know how culturally significant Fred is anymore, so the name's probably fine now.
I know the name Donald is forever ruined though. Donald Duck and Donald Trump are both pretty bad namesakes.
