1. Sovereigna - I just added an a to Sovereign to make it more feminine of course, and she could go by Reigna / Reina / Ray. And I like it more in reference to the idea of an individual's sovereign rights, not a ruler. I wouldn't use a title in real life for a child. Although I admit I do like the sound of Saint (still wouldn't use it) and I think it could work for a girl as well as a boy.
