It is feminine.

Fiadh is nice, but I prefer Fia. Other names with similar meanings I like include Ayelet, Bambi, Darby, Eilonwy, Elain, Elaphia, Enéh, Flidais, Irema, Jelena, Kaliska, Raleigh...
