Juliet Ruby sounds much better to me. But flow isn't really an issue. How often do you say someone's fn and mn together? Once or twice a year? Not a big deal at all. Put the name you'll be calling her by, in front.

How often? In my family every single time you got in trouble. So quite a lot.
