It would take me out of things and distract me with theories about why he was called that. I'd be waiting for the big reveal that the fantasy world was actually earth a thousand years in the future, or "a hidden magical mirror dimension" or something. Maybe you want that in the story, though!
Even a small change, like turning it into Lucius or Lukasz, would be enough.
