I don’t like Wren and Elowen with the surname Brown. I love both names though, but they don’t work with the surname. Charlotte works well with Brown and also works with either Sophia or Sophie. I think Sophia Charlotte Brown flows the nicest.
Sophia Juliet.
I really like the spelling of Sofia, because it is more unique.
As for the middle name, I would suggest either Charlotte or Juliet. I wouldn't recommend going with Wren, because it's also a one syllable name, like the last name and it's too choppy. Elowen is pretty, but may be difficult for people to pronounce.
Sofia Charlotte Brown would be my favorite combination.

Sophia Juliet, 100000%!
I love both names.
Sophie Juliet is also sweet, but I almost feel like Sophie is a bit unfinished, so, Sophia gets my vote.
I don’t think the Wren/Brown part flows very well, so I would probably vote no for that.
Charlotte is nice, and sounds great with Sophia or Sophie, but is not as pretty, to me.
I don’t really have a negative or positive vote for Elowen, as I’m not exactly sure on the pronunciation.

Sophia: Wren, Charlotte, or Juliet
Sophie: Charlotte, Juliet, or Elowen
Sophie Wren Brown is short. Not TOO short, but I'd prefer it to sound longer and more flowy.
Sophia Charlotte is long, again not TOO long but some people might find it too long and Sophie Charlotte is easier to say.
I think Sophia Juliet is fine but if you don't want two names with 3 syllables then I'd move Juliet into the "Sophie only" category.
Sophia Elowen has a weird run-on thing between the vowels. Sophie Elowen is easier to say because you add a bit of a "y" consonant in between the "ie" and the "el" so it flows. You can't do that with Sophia Elowen because there's already a little "y" sound between the "i" and "a" in Sophia.
I love the name Wren but it's the worst of these for matching the style of Sophia/Sophie.
Charlotte and Juliet match the style almost perfectly and very predictably. Elowen does match the style, but it's not as predictable and it brings more of its own personality. It's also brighter than the other middle names.

Sofia Juliet Brown flows best.
