[Opinions] Maurice
Wdyt of Maurice? I think it's so handsome.

I like it but it reminds me very much of the Forster novel by the same name and while it’s a great novel I associate thr name with gay angst in early 20th century England.
I don't much like it. Morris feels boorish, maw-REES feels vaguely moustache-twirling and villainous in an unwashed way. Maurie is ghastly.
Aw, I love Maurice. It's so gentle and quietly intellectual.
To me it could only belong to an old man with white hair growing out his ears and nose. Not attractive to me. It’s so amusing how different names have different connotations depending on who hears it!
I love it! I agree that it’s handsome as well as bookish/nerdy.
I think it's handsome too, in a very French way; I see Maurice in his beret and with a cigarette in his mouth, strolling down the boulevard on his way to the bakery or something. Even though here in the US it is predominantly a Black Name, that's the first image I get.
There was this book I liked when I was little called "Maurice's Room." It was about a kid who was probably a hoarder, but he called all the junk and trash in his room his collections. His parents ended up moving him to a farm in the country so he'd have other things to get interested in and more room to put them.
It's ok
