I think Anne is boring and plain compared to Isabel

Anne is part of my mum’s name and my name is Isabella :) My sisters names are very different though. I like Anne and Isabel together. Both are gentle and timeless.

Anne and Isabel go well together! I think Isabel in the same sibset as Anne, or Anna, is better than Elizabeth, as the latter may be too long in comparison to Ann(e/a), although you can always use a nickname like Elsie, Eliza or Liz.

Very Regency! I like it, although IRL I'd probably feel a bit sorry for Anne, which seems plain next to Isabel.

I think the names suit each other. They do not stand out individually or as a sibset.
At first I thought you meant Anne Isabel as a combo, which... has almost no cadence.
