Elvis is fine as a name, but it's not my taste. It sounds kind of weird. I prefer Elvin or Alvin.
Malibu is kind of cute but sounds more like a nickname. If it was just Barbie on its own, it could have been a throwback sort of thing. Malibu Barbie together sounds like a stage name - or a type of fashion doll. It is not suitable as a legal name.
