Good heaven above, these are all kr8tiv nightmares. With a few exceptions:

Pansy
Rain-Eve
Pepper
None of the above are my style, but they are permissible.
Understandable:
Providence
Pemberley
Peridot
Peregrine
Rider
I think while not typical, these have some basis as names and a child would at least not get teased.
The rest are borderline child abuse in my opinion. 馃槀 I would think anyone who would give a name like this would be really uneducated. Some of these are either asking for lifelong clarification if that鈥檚 their real name, having to spell the name ten times over, or being teased. Hopefully these parents put away a couple hundred dollars for the kid to change their name legally.
