Pretty much all of those, apart from #4, #8 & #9
#4 Katelyn or at least Kaitlyn. I much prefer the 'K' here.

#9 Madeleine (although I absolutely don't mind Madeline)
Might also prefer Jaden instead of Jayden, but just so beyond sick of the name and it's previous trend, that I don't even care.

I think I used to prefer the "K", but now I think the "C" gives the name a sweeter vibe.
