3. Caden
4. It's a tie between Katelyn and Catelin
5. Carly
6. Emily
7. Jayden
8. Cailey, but I also enjoy Cayleigh, Kayleigh, and Kaylee
9. I only would use Madeline for "Mad-uh-line" (long I); I much prefer Madelyn "Mad-uh-lihn".

I agree with you about the pronunciation! I also think Madeleine should only have a long I.
