Tatiana is a beautiful name that I think is used more frequently in the African-American community. I prefer it a bit over Tiana, but both names are elegant.
I do prefer the spelling Rebekah over Rebecca, but I'm not really a fan of the name in general. It's not pleasant-sounding to me at all. I think I'm not a fan of names that start with Re-, and the harsh B and K sounds don't help.
