Charlene - I prefer it over Charlotte, it’s more soft spoken?
Flora - not old fashioned imo. Not in the UK anyway as it’s fairly common. Nice name as it reminds of the goddess of flowers.
Fredrick - I dislike this spelling. It find it difficult to picture this on a (non royal) person.
Hubert- My cousin’s (and his son’s) middle name. I like it because of him.
Ida - I love Monument Valley and the main character is named Ida, before that I’d associate it with a great grandmother.
Twyla - Frilly, but there’s something about it that’s alluring. Free spirited and celestial.
Viola - I had a Croatian colleague name Viola (vee-o-la), I prefer that over the English prn as I dislike vye part. vee-o-la lovely and musical, vye-o-la sounds like the school bully.
Wilbur - Maybe as a pet name, as jokey kind of name, but I really can’t picture it on a person.

Oh, right, I forget the UK list is very different! Flora is much less common in the US.
I always pictured Viola being pronounced with a vee because of the instrument.
