It's a very pretty name, in my opinion.

I prefer it spelt Allira. Beautiful Indigenous Australian name.

It sounds ersatz, incomplete, and pharmaceutical.

I don't like Aaliyah or Amira, so I certainly don't like a merger.

I don't like Alira. It's harsh compared with Aaliyah and Amira and reminds me of leer. Amira and Aaliyah are beautiful, although I prefer the spelling Aliyah (the Hebrew version).

It's pretty. But I think I prefer the very similar Illyria.

Amira is beautiful. Aaliyah is ok, but too connected with the singer. I prefer the spelling Alia.

The lira part just makes me think of Italian money.

Honestly, I'm not a huge fan of the 5-letter A name trend. They just look like names put together with random consonants to me. That being said, Alira is better than most; it's pretty.
