I think Judah is nice for a boy -- unfortunately, it's not really my place to recommend names of my own, since my taste is unusual and in favor of my own heritage.
Based on the divide in your husband's preferences and yours, it seems like a girl's name from your PNL is the best bet. Names like Caroline, Evangeline and Felicity are classic choices that are neither too common nor unusual.
