It reminds me of the Mortal Kombat character Sindel. Otherwise, I think it sounds good for a villain character.

Not the best. Did you make it up, or was there a sighting? Pronounced SINd'l, or SIENd'l, or something else?

It might be similar to Lyndall, which I like; but the first syllable ... not just 'sin', also things like 'cynical'. Not good at all.
