[Opinions] My English teacher had a baby boy...
And his name is Julius. What do we think of the name? I think its oddly refreshing with the wave of Noah's, Liam's, Ethan's and such that are all around these days.

Julian would be safer. I've heard 'Juli-arse' too often.

That's such an English teacher baby name! I remember when mine had a kid and named it Oscar. And this was in the early 2000s, it was a real hipster choice. I like Julius, it's so sternly florid.

I think it's okay. It's definitely better than most of the common names I hear daily.

Definitely refreshing! Julius is lovely.

It's cool, but Julian is more usable. Julius will always feel a little stuffy and overdone on a regular person.

I love Julius! Julian was one of our top picks if we had a boy, but I always prefer Julius. Yay!

It's way better than Julian. I wouldn't say I liked it but it is kind of fun. Almost but not quite comical.
I know someone with a foster son about three years old named Julius. he calls himself Joe, which apparently started when he was just learning to talk, before he came to his current home, and the best he could do sounded like Joe.
