I think it's pretty solid and timeless, but I'm still pleasantly surprised when I see Rose as a first name on someone youngish. It's not dated exactly, but on younger people I expect it as a filler mn and don't expect it as a complete first name. I'm more likely to expect a first name to be Rosalie or something else related to Rose but not just Rose itself.
