I knew of a family where the daughter was named Ivy, her brothers Elijah (Eli) and Leviticus (Levi) Their parents loved a long i sound I suppose! Anyway, I enjoy botanical names and these are among my favorites. I prefer Iva over Ivy though - it avoids some of the teasing like poison ivy. My 2nd great-grandfather was named Holly. He went by Hal. I like Holly just a wee bit better than Ivy.
