Visually the 'y' is a little unattractive to me (I prefer Naia and Kaia), but sound-wise I think they're pleasant and cute :)

I think I dislike them about equally, but I'm not sure how you'd pronounce them. Does the -ay- rhyme with Bay or with Buy?

Oh dear. Kaia (that spelling, and rhyming with buy) where I live means 'house' in one of the local languages, but the meaning has also become attached to a small brick building, separate from the main building or farmhouse and housing the toilet.

I'd use different spelling Kiah, Kyah, Nyah, Niah
