I went to school with a Brady, so it feels pretty dated to me. He was an unfortunate kid, bullied terribly for being quiet, chubby, and nerdy. I see it as a sweet, humble name for that, plus the Days of Our Lives nostalgia. It's very 80s/90s.

I see it more as a surname, given the fact that the only associations that I have with it are The Brady Bunch and of (retired?) footballer Tom Brady.
It's not terrible, but as a name itself it reminds me of braids or if someone braiding hair. The "bray" sound also does it no justice, because 🫏
It's is certainly more tolerable than any of those other ones though. (Talking, Brayden/Braden, Braylee/Brayley, and all those other ones that belong hidden away, never to be seen again.)
