I don't think it's ugly, but it's not attractive either. I don't like No- and I don't like -rma. I can sorta imagine liking it though, in another time. It's like a 1930s version of groovy modern gal. Like Robin but for her mother's generation. Like, maybe Layla more lately, or Noa (f). Guess I don't need to mention that it sounds too much like normal, to be appealing in the present day.
