Jayne is now a guy's name! *LOL* He's a character on the defunct but still much-beloved series Firefly. And an extremely masculine one, at that! (Played by Adam Baldwin - so hot!)
Seriously, though, I really do like the name Jane. The extra Y seems like gilding the lily to me.
