What do those name lists reflect? They are too Muslim to represent the whole "state" of Bosnia and Herzegovina, so they reflect either Bosnian-Croatian part of the country, or only the Muslim (Bosnian) population.--elbowin

They are from the Federalni zavod za statistiku, Statistics Institute for Federation of BiH, so yes, "Bosnian-Croatian" part of the country.
