Yes, I think of Leah as "Lee-uh" because I had a first cousin whose name was pronounced that way, and that it is the way it is normally pronounced in Protestant churches in the USA when the Biblical character is being mentioned.

I was thinking about the ranking thing as if you separated out the Hebrew pronunciation Lay-uhs from the Lee-uhs. My guess is that it is few enough that the impact would be small. But maybe not! That's why it would be cool to have pronunciation data. I can't imagine that would happen, since it isn't something we typically document, but my curiosity remains.
