Samuel Richard - I like both names, but I wouldn't have put them together. It looks like a combo chosen with family names in mind rather than the way it sounds. Samuel and Richard are both timeless, especially with Richard as the middle name (first name Richard might sound more dated).
Cole David - I'd prefer David Cole or David Coleman. I like David and Cole is okay but not my style.
Braxton James - I'd also swap this name around into James Braxton. I don't really like Braxton though, I'd prefer Branson.
Parker Adrian - I like Adrian. I don't like Parker and I don't think the names go together.
Isaiah Flynn - I like this one. Personally I'd be more likely to use Isaiah Finn but I like Flynn too. Isaiah is my favorite individual name from your list.
Rocco Zane - This one is cool. It sounds like someone charismatic, like a rockstar or an actor, but it's still simple enough to work on an 'average' person.

Ronan Peregrine
Brennan Hawthorn
Kieran Gabriel
Sylvan Taliesin
Corbin Leopold
Nico Francis
