Irina is a beautiful name. I really like Russian/Ukrainian/Slavic names and this is one of my favorites.

I’m not crazy about Antonia. Anya is pretty as a given name.

Irina is stunning, it gives me the same model vibes as Alessandra.

Antonia is deeply unattractive to me, even Anya can't save it. It's just so masculine and tired.

I love both, Anya is a great nickname for Antonia though I prefer Annie.

I love all of the names you mentioned, but Anya is more my style than Antonia. Irina is top ten for me.
