I don't know what you mean by heifer comparisons. One of my teachers had a baby girl last year and named her Io. I think it's an intriguing and appealing name, but I wouldn't use it myself because the spelling is insubstantial and there's very little nickname potential. And no consonants! Although I kinda like that, it's fun. Io's older sister is named Liana, which I prefer.If we're gonna go for Greek mythology, might as well go the whole nine yards with the middle name.Io Calliope
