Used to be a car, Japanese I think. In spite of the literary echoes, I really don't find it attractive, or even human.
I like it. It sounds fresh and fancy without being frilly.
Not a fan.
It gives the feeling of a snobby, money hungry British woman who's trying to climb up the social ladder by snagging herself a titled, rich husband.
I don't like how it sounds either.

Fascinating! Are you from the UK?
Sadly I'm just a boring American who has an interest in British history and such.
Oh, okay. I was wondering if that was a British stereotype.
I like it. I don’t think it’s pretentious at all. It’s pretty. And it has down to earth nicknames like Cress or Cressie.
It's ok
Definitely an upper class name in Britain but I love it.
Seems pretentious. It’s not a name I can imagine on a child, only a woman mid ages or later.
It's gorgeous—regal and sprightly.
