I'd prefer Isabel to Isabella: the rhythm pleases me more and it's not so frilly and trendy. Rosemary is fine; I think Rosalie might be more modern, and I'd prefer Rosamond, but Rosemary would be my second choice.

You're right, the syllables for Isabel might flow better. Thanks! I think I prefer old-fashioned names so I'd pick Rosemary over Rosalie.
